Calata 15 restaurant opened its doors to the public in late November 2019. This is not yet another Italian restaurant, but an authentic restaurant owned by Andrea and Rachel Magi, a pair of restaurateurs who have raised the banner on bringing the traditional Italian culinary to their diners around the world.

Rachel Magi and her husband Andrea Magi are veteran restaurateurs who own several Italian restaurants. Rachel is the daughter of a British mother and an Israeli father, while raised in Jerusalem. Andrea is a native of Italy, also known in Italy for being an Olympic boxer and medalist at the European
Championships in the 1980s.

Already at the entrance to the restaurant, you can see on your right through Belgian windows the Calata 15 Restaurant pasta room. Sarah, who is responsible for the pasta team, produces the pasta with her staff - the freshest pasta you have ever eaten. Among the restaurant's changing pasta dishes are tagliatelle in Bolognese sauce, pappardelle in chicken ragout, pappardelle with long-cooking mutton sauce, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina in tomatoes, olives, mozzarella and pesto sauce, seafood tagliatelle with white wine, chili and parsley, ravioli white bass with Salicornia and more.
Calata 15 Restaurant will be happy to host your upcoming event. You can also preset a menu for your event, if you like. The event can be celebrated around a large table, a knights' table or even around the bar in the center of the restaurant overlooking the tabun, the kitchen and the restaurant space.
Our variety of Italian desserts are made and baked in the restaurant, as taught by Italian confectionery master, Uriella from Calata 15, in Pesaro, Italy. Now, Uriella is conducting over the pastry shop and creates the traditional desserts, ice creams and other sweet specialties.
